Bookings must be made within 72 hours of pick-up time, this allows detailed schedules to be perfected.
Emergency same day reservation requests will be considered if openings available, but not guaranteed.
All reservations require at least half of the payment down as a deposit before receiving the final booking confirmation.
Same day cancellations for reservations (within 24 hours of pick-up time) will forfeit any paid deposits. No exceptions.
For refunds or cancellations, expect at least 5-7 business days for payment reimbursement.
For clean-ups including, but not limited to: food, drinks, vomit, or any bodily fluids there is a $50 disinfectant/cleaning fee.
For damage to the vehicle that is not considered normal wear and tear, a determined fee will be brought to your attention, then charged on final invoice. These can include tearing of leather seats or deep scratches to the external paint or trim. To avoid this, we recommend allowing the driver to handle luggage and waiting on assistance of large parties into the vehicle by pulling seats forward to provide easier access to third row seats. NOTICE: With captain seats, arm rests are not capable of withstanding excess weight and can bend or break. Do not use to support weight while you are entering or exiting vehicle. You will be charged for a repair fee to maintain vehicle quality. If you struggle getting to third row, ask for assistance and the bucket seats are capable of being pulled forward.
For typical pick-ups, we will include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time after the pick-up time reserved.
For these trips that are NOT round trip events or airport transportation, there will be a $20 wait charge for an additional 15 minutes.
NOTICE: There will be a 30 minute MAX wait time before the driver has the option to leave. In this case you will forfeit your deposit.
We understand that flights sometimes get delayed. We are more than happy to accommodate these situations! That being said, we cannot wait hours upon hours for you to arrive to protect the driver's time and obligations to other clients. For our protection and as a service to you, we will track flight statuses and be in contact if a delay is noticed. Below are options that we will discuss to further assist you.
We will allow an hour of delay time complimentary on us.
Longer than an hour and *IF the designated driver for your trip is AVAILABLE to wait, there will be a wait-time fee of $40 per hour. If they are NOT able to wait, we will attempt to find another trusted driver. In most cases, we can!
If you prefer to not pay that fee or to pay for multiple wait hours, and want to reschedule pick-up time, you must allow driver to leave to earn wages.
If driver leaves airport to continue work, allow at MAX 90 minutes for them to return to airport. That's worst case scenario, most likely we can make it sooner than that.
If you cancel the flight pick-up completely, the deposit will be kept for inconvenience to the driver.
Something to think about BEFORE booking a private service pick-up. Your flight might be considered high risk for delays if weather conditions are not ideal. Your flight might also experience a delay if it is scheduled to leave later in the day or evening, these are usually due to rollover effect from other possible delays that morning. If you fall within one or both of these high-risk categories, and do not want to pay wait fees, we recommend utilizing on demand local rideshare options.
